#TXWine Twitter Tuesday Rosé – 4/7/20 7-8 pm CT Supporting Texas Wineries / Restaurants
Howdy Texas wine friends, again! We’re still Tweeting in support of Texas wineries and, now restaurants, too.
#TXWine Twitter Tuesday will continue this coming Tuesday, April 7th at 7-8 pm using hashtag #TXwine. The focus will be Texas Rosé wines made from any red grape grown in Texas. Please join us on Twitter and share what’s in your glass and rally our Texas wineries through these troubling times.
This past Tuesday, based on an analysis of our Twitter feed we had over 1.5 million Twitter impressions, over 60 tweeters and over 325 tweets in the one-hour period. You have to admit that this was outstanding. We had old-time and newbie Texas wine consumers, sommeliers, distributor reps, writers and winery representations in the discussion. We particularly want to say thanks to:

We ask everyone to join in again on April 7th with a toast to the huge selection of Texas Rosé that is now available.
Remember the Restaurants, Too: On April 7th we also want to get a shout out to those in the Texas restaurant industry who are trying to keep their businesses going by offering curbside and takeout orders. If possible, please find a local restaurant near you and order a Rosé-compatible dish or two for our Twitter tasting and post a photo of your wine/food pairing. Please remember to include the Twitter handle for the restaurant in your tweet.
IMPORTANT: To join our Twitter wine tasting, log into your Twitter account, follow the #TXWine hashtag and share one of your favorite Texas wines and, if you can, try include Texas a Texas Rosé. You can also post a photo or share a special #TXwine moment.
To support our Texas wineries – pick up wine from your local retailer, order directly from Texas wineries (many have free or reduced-price shipping) or open your wine cooler. You can also order wine at some restaurants along with your food order. Then, join us online.
