A Truly Texas Pairing: Wine and Jerky

Just when you think that you’ve seen every kind, shape and form of wine event, a new one pops up.

Messina Hof Hill Country and Big Tex Jerky have teamed up to offer a flight of unique and scrumptious wine and jerky pairings.

Sat, Feb 24 & Sun, Feb 25 from 12 – 5 pm at:

9996 E Hwy 290, Fredericksburg, TX 78624

Live music by the Ratliff Dean Band on Feb. 25 from 2 – 5 pm.

Jerky and Messina Hof Wine pairings:

  • MH Sweet Sangria with Jalapeno Jerky
  • MH Paulo Cabernet Sauvignon with Original Jerky
  • MH Cabernet Franc Cedar Crest with Teriyaki Jerky
  • MH “Glory” Mistella Late Harvest with “Glory” Jerky
