Join Us for TXWine Twitter Tuesday – 7 p.m. this Tuesday, October 4, 2011 (Tweet-Up Live or Online)
It’s again time for the State Fair of Texas, and Denise Fraser (Texas Wine Gal) and I (Russ Kane of VintageTexas) hope you can join us for the next TXWine Twitter Tuesday – 7 p.m. this Tuesday, October 4. For our Twitter friends in Dallas, we will be meeting and Tweeting “live” at the Whole Foods Market on Park Lane at 7 p.m. DrinkLocalWine co-founder and Wine Curmudgeon blogger Jeff Siegel will be there to talk about the Texas Wine Garden at State Fair, Texas Wine Month in October, and Regional Wine Week that starts October 9.
Devon Broglie, one of Texas’ newest Master Sommeliers and the wine buyer and specialty coordinator for Whole Food Market’s Southwest Region, has selected these three Texas wines to taste on Tuesday, October 4:
- McPherson Cellars Tranquility White made for Whole Foods Market
- Duchman Family Winery Montepulciano (also on tap at Whole Foods Market)
- Flat Creek Estates Buckin’ Horse Red
So pick up these wines and join us for our Texas wine chat and tasting. Please remember to use the hashtag #TXwine.
