Historic Stonewall Motor Lodge in Texas Wine Country Re-opening Special Rates for 64 days 

Stonewall Motor Lodge (14818 US Hwy 290 E, Stonewall, TX) is now taking reservations. The property has undergone a complete refurbishment under its new owners. The renovation includes new flooring, paint, tile, bathroom fixtures, custom furniture, luxury bedding and bath products, a new deck, RV hookups, and more. Five cabins will be added by end of this summer.

Stonewall Motor Lodge was originally built in 1964 to house the US Secret Service and Press Corp when Lyndon B Johnson became President. To celebrate the fascinating history of the property, Stonewall Motor Lodge is offering 64 Days of Deals. Guests can take advantage of special pricing for the first sixty-four days that the hotel is open, beginning on June 3, 2019:

In addition, Stonewall Motor Lodge will offer giveaways at random to gift guests with wine tour tickets, bottles of wine, t-shirts, tote bags, and more during its for sixty-four days of opening.

“We are floored by the reaction to the motor lodge’s renovation,” says owner Anita Ortiz Lubke, who owns the property along with husband Lance Lubke and a group of friends. “We’ve had so many phone calls from people wanting to book. We are so excited to host every single one of you!

Stonewall Motor Lodge is located on the famous Hwy 290 Wine Trail between Fredericksburg and Johnson City and sits less than fifteen minutes away from over fifty wineries, distilleries, and breweries. Rates begin at $109 of weekdays, $179 on weekends.
