Denise Fraser Clarke (@DeniseFraser), Jeff Cope (@TXwineLover) and I (@VintageTexas) hope you can join us for the next TXwine Twitter Tuesday at 7 p.m. Central Time on Tuesday, June 5th. This month we’d like you to share your tales from your Texas wine trails: bring your favorite Texas winery stories and pictures on Twitter.

According to Jeff’s blog (www.txwinelover.com), there are now 12 wine trails throughout the state:

So pick up a bottle of your favorite Texas wine (your choice) and locate some of your favorite pictures or video clips from a few of your favorite winery visits and share them with us for our Texas wine chat and tasting.  Also, it’s a holiday weekend coming up and the weather is supposed to be grand. So, if you can, visit a winery in your area and tell/show us where you went, what you did, who you met, and what you tasted.

To participate in TXwine Twitter Tuesday on Twitter, remember to use the Twitter hashtag #TXwine. This make it easy for others to follow the discussion.

NOTE: If you’re new to Twitter, here’s how you participate:  just sign up for a free Twitter account at www.twitter.com. To make it easy to follow and participate in the discussion, go to the Tweetchat room set up for TXwine Twitter Tuesdays: http://tweetchat.com/room/TXwine.  No registration is required; you can login using your Twitter account info.

In the Tweetchat room, participants are invited to follow tweets, add comments, and share thoughts as the participants taste and discuss the wines (the #TXwine hastag will be added automatically). If using TweetDeck or another Twitter application, you will need to add #TXwine in your Tweets.

Love to taste, talk and tweet about Texas wines and where they are in the global scheme for wines. After all that's the only way they will reach the full potential.
