The Grand Tasting is the hottest ticket in town! This event is a showcase of fine dining and exquisite wines from around the world. The Grand Tasting will feature wines from around the world and delicious tastings from forty award-winning chefs. Meet celebrated New York Chef Laurent Tourondel of BLT Restaurant fame and Robin Miller, New York Times bestselling author and beloved Food Network star of “Quick Fix Meals with Robin Miller.”

Sienna Sip & Stroll
Saturday, 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm Sienna Sip & Stroll
The Sienna Sip & Stroll, at Sienna Plantation

This event will feature over 40 wineries and a restaurant showcase with culinary delights displayed at 40 tasting tables.  During the Sienna Sip & Stroll, guests may enjoy a host of activities including cooking demonstrations with award-winning chefs.  Mark Towns Flamenco Jazz band will provide great music on your stroll. Saturday, 2:00 pm to 3:15 pm Pinot Gringos – Texas Grown, Texas Savored
At Sienna Plantation, this panel will pour, present and discuss a selection of fine wines from Texas wineries. The tasting will highlight new grape varieties that exploit regional differences in Texas climate and mineral-rich soils, and conventional varietals that have found particular micro-climates and conditions to excel in Texas.  I will moderate the panel presentation. The panel will involve presentations by representatives from wineries around the state of Texas including: Kiepersol Estates (Tyler), McPherson Cellars (Lubbock) and Messina Hof (Bryan) and Alamosa Wine Cellars (Bend). Eight Texas wines will be poured and discussed, including:
