Love to follow wine but can’t quite keep up with the flow? Join us on Thursday, July 15th for a summer Foundation Academy class – Contemporary Wine Trends! In this class, Sommelier instructor Michael Vilim will inform wine lovers of the hottest wine trends of 2010. Come sip on sparkling wine, and Riesling and Bordeaux varietals as Michael fills you in on what’s currently popular, affordable, and most importantly, delicious. TEN wines and an array of appetizers from the just-opened StrEat Restaurant will be served.
