Wine Quality Boot Camp Early Bird, July 17-18, 2010

Early Bird Hands-On wine quality lab, featuring Ken Fugelsang.

Day 1 – In lab microbial analysis, theory, concepts, identification.

Day 2 – Analytical analysis for blending decisions, theory, concepts, color/phenolics analysis, stability issues
