Sip, savor and stroll as we present our 3rd Annual “Chef’s Taste-Off”. Join guest judges Pat Sharpe, Wes Marshall and Denman Moody in tasting the chef’s delectable dishes as they name only ONE dish “BEST of the FEST”

Featuring III Forks Executive Chef Jaimie Gutierrez and his sizzling steaks served right off the grill! Enter the wine cellar loaded with rare and large format bottles, travel packages, special wine dinner packages and other fun collectibles featured in the silent and live auctions. “Surprise Entertainment” will keep guests energized throughout this delectable dinner and Live Auction Evening at Spicewood Vineyard’s fabulous new event center and patio overlooking the vineyards.

“Farm to Table & Wine Fair” – Sunday, October 4th
Featuring Chef Paul Petersen of Rick’s Steakhouse “Beefing it up on the Grill”. Plan to be entertained by the lively banter of Tiffany Collins of the Texas Beef Council and “Miss Jane” Nickles of the Texas Culinary Academy as guests taste samples of Chef Petersen’s grilled beef selections on the “Fare Grounds” of Fall Creek Vineyards in Tow, Texas, on Lake Buchanan. Winemakers will be pouring Texas Wine alongside booths laden with “Tastes of Texas” artisanal cheeses, olive oils, breads, condiments, and all things Texas available for your tasting pleasure and purchase. “Miss Jane” and Tiffany Collins will present a seminar entitled “Umami 2 Mami”! You don’t want to miss these wine and food specialists demonstrate wine and food pairing and the Umami concept!
